INILAH.COM, Balikpapan - Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono meresmikan 10 proyek infrastruktur Departemen ESDM dan PU di Kalimantan Timur.

Acara peresmian 10 proyek yang terdiri dari satu proyek migas, empat proyek kelistrikan dan lima proyek pekerjaan umum tersebut dilakukan di Bekapai Senipah Peciko Total E&P Indonesie Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, Jumat (4/7).

Dalam pidato sambutannya Presiden Yudhoyono mengatakan, peresmian proyek-proyek tersebut merupakan wujud dari kesungguhan kinerja pemerintah, tidak sekadar wacana.

"Jika seluruh pihak bekerja maka seluruh masalah seberat apa pun pasti bisa diatasi," katanya merujuk pada ancaman krisis energi, pangan dan air.

Proyek-proyek tersebut antara lain empat proyek bidang kelistrikan yaitu PLTU Bangka Belitung (2x25MW) --konsorsium antara PT Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering dengan China Shanghai Group Corporation for foreign economic & technological cooperation--, PLTU 2 Papua (2x10MW) --konsorsium antara PT Modern Widya Technicaldengan dan PT Bousted Maxitern Industries--, PLTU Kalimantan Selatan (2x65MW) -- konsorsium antara PT Wijaya Karya dengan Chengda Engineering Corporation of China -- dan PLTU Sulawesi Selatan (2x50) -- konsorsium antara Hubei Hongyuan Power Engineering Co.Ltd dengan PT Bagus Karya.

Penandatanganan kontrak penjualan gas antara Total E&P Indonesie dengan Perusahaan Daerah Kutai Kartanegara, serta MoA (Memorandum of Agreement) antara Total E&P Indonesie dengan konsorsium pembeli LNG domestik (PT PGN, PT PLN dan Pertamina).

Penandatanganan Piagam Kesepakatan Bersama Departemen Kehutanan dengan PT PLN tentang sinergi pembentukan desa mandiri di sekitar hutan.

Pada kesempatan itu Presiden Yudhoyono juga menandatangani prasasti peresmian lapangan gas dan kondensat Sisi-Nubi Total E&P Indonesie dan Inpex di Kutai Kartanegara. Lapangan gas baru yang mulai menghasilkan gas pertamanya pada 20 November 2007 itu saat ini produksinya mencapai 210 juta scfd gas dan 9.200 barel kondensat per hari.

Turut diresmikan juga Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi(SUTT) 150 KV Embalut-Tenggarong PT.PLN Pikitiring Kalimantan di Kaltim, Gardu Induk 150 KV Embalut dan Tenggarong PT.PLN Pikitiring Kalimantan, Bendungan Manggar Kota Balikpapan serta rumah susun sederhana sewa (rusunawa) Kabupaten Nunukan, Kalimantan Timur, bagi para tenaga kerja Indonesia.

Terkait dengan sarana air bersih, Kepala Negara meresmikan sistem penyediaan air minum ibukota Kecamatan (IKK) Sepaku Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, IKK Melak Kabupaten Kutai Barat, IKK Malinau Selatan Kabupaten Malinau dan IKK Loa Janan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.

Seusai acara itu, Presiden Yudhoyono beserta rombongan antara lain Menteri ESDM Purnomo Yusgiantoro dan Menteri PU Djoko Kirmanto melakukan peninjauan maket proyek-proyek infrastruktur ESDM dan PU di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang diresmikan dan peninjauan Peciko Processing Area Total E&P Indonesie.[*/L5]
